The coastal strip of Antalya is rich with ancient cities and it has developed as a major tourism center of Turkey. A blend of snow-capped Taurus Mountains, Pamphyllian ancient cities, waterfalls, beaches...
Day 1: ANTALYA (d)
During the city tour we will discover the city with its old town, marina, Hadrian’s Gate, Fluted Minaret, the Broken Minaret and the Archeological Museum.
Dinner at the hotel.
Day 2: ANTALYA – ASPENDOS – SIDE (b, l, d)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Today’s tour will take us the Eastern coast of Antalya to discover the Pamphyllian cities.The ancient city of Perge is believed to be built by the Greeks after the Trojan wars about 2.000 years ago. The remains include the gate with the oval court, the colonnaded street, the stadium and the theater. The city is significant as being the place where St Paul delivered his first sermon.
At Aspendos, we will visit the best preserved Roman theater and later discover the pirate town of Side with its agora, theater and beach.
Lunch included.
Before returning to our hotel in Antalya, a relaxing break at Duden Waterfalls.

Day 3: ANTALYA – PHASELIS – KEKOVA (b, l, d)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Today we will travel to the South of Antalya, first to discover Alexander the Great’s port town of Phaselis with its three natural harbors, theater, aqueduct and baths. Continue to Demre and visit the Church of St Nicholas who lived here in the 4th century and the ancient city of Myra with its interesting necropolis made of tombs hewn out of rocks.
A short boat trip will take us to the beautiful island of Kekova where swimming is possible and from the fortress, the Lycian sarcophagi can be viewed.
Driving back to Antalya we will have a short stop at the Mediterranean resort of Kemer.

Day 4: DEPARTURE FROM ANTALYA (b)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer the airport for your onward flight.
